We embrace diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.  Job Summary: The Practice Manager is a key member of the Mission Vet Urgent Care (MVUC) hospital management team.  This position reports to the Regional Director and is responsible for the general management and oversight of operations at the specific clinic they manage. This position provides strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction to the team at the clinic to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical patient care.  Additionally, this position identifies and develops strategic growth opportunities, monitors performance, and implements strategies that align with MVUC mission and values. Position has budget and P&L accountability.     Schedule: We are open weekdays from 2pm-10pm and weekends, from 10am-8pm.     Travel required: Minimal travel required, possibly for vendor visits and associate education. Will be required to travel to local veterinary hospitals for marketing purposes.

    Mission Vet Urgent Care is searching for a full- time/part-time Registered Veterinary Technician to be an important member of our growing TEAM!     Mission Vet Urgent Care is the first exclusive urgent care in the Cincinnati area. We are the "in between" of general practice and emergency medicine. When a pet can't get into see their family vet and doesn't require intensive emergency care, we are here to provide another option for owners. We offer walk in and same day schedule ahead visits. This allows clients to "get in line" to be seen without having to deal with long wait times at the hospital. We work in a fun and fast paced environment and have a lot of variety in our day. The Registered Veterinary Technician will be able to communicate effectively with team members and clients and have great attention to detail and organizational abilities.
